The Background

Casa Jewel is a collection of ultra-luxurious 4 BHK residences located in a posh area of Koregaon Park in Pune. Tailored for jet-setting, lifestyle conscious creme-da-la-creme crowd of Pune & Mumbai, the brand offers tranquility, privacy & the luxury of space by offering exclusive residences that cover an area of 5200 sq. ft.

THE CHALLENGE

To create brand awareness and generate leads for “Casa Jewel” – ultra luxurious residences priced at 8.5 cr. Located in one of the plush localities in Pune, the challenge was to create awareness for a brand that was priced this high and highlight its exclusive locational features. The client had tried several traditional media but was unable to get quality leads making it a challenge for team MMAG.

THE APPROACH

Visual Identity & Website:

Basic brand elements including the logo were already designed, so we opted for a clean yet premium appeal for Casa Jewel’s website. After an in-depth brainstorming session, a website was built – one that justified the uniqueness of the product.

The website was easy to use as it had to be adapted for children and as well as their parents. An attractive website educated parents about the importance of design & architectural fields as encouraged them to register for the same.
